Placing An Order
I accept major credit cards and Pay-Pal accounts. Ordering online is easy and secure. Simply click on the picture of the piece you like, select the Add To Cart button and follow the instructions. You can also place an order with ASG Creations by phone (973)313-1053 or e-mail: amy@asgcreations.com.

Custom Orders
See something you like but would like it in a different color or different size?

Have a special occasion coming up and need the perfect necklace, bracelet or earrings to go with your dress?

I am happy to custom design. Whether it is for you, for a group, or for that special person, just contact me via e-mail at amy@asgcreations.com. I will work with you to create the perfect piece you are looking for. Depending on availability of materials and your time frame, I’ll do my best to accommodate your custom order.

Repairs
I take care in making all my creations last, but sometimes it may not. If you have any problems, contact me at amy@asgcreations.com. I'll be happy to make arrangements to repair the item. If something breaks, please try to gather all stray pieces to send back. Buyer pays shipping to ASG Creations. ASG Creations will pay return shipping back to buyer. I cannot be responsible for items shipped to ASG Creations uninsured.

Shipping Fees
Prices shown in individual product pages do not include shipping charges. All orders within the US will incur a standard shipping fee of $4.95 and will be added upon checkout.

How soon will I get my order?
Orders generally ship within 2 business days of receiving your order (except special / custom orders). Mailing time usually averages 2-3 business days within the U.S.

What if there is a problem with my order?
If for any reason there is a problem with your order contact me ASAP. I will do my best to make it right.
